Still numerous seedlings and 1 m tall saplings present at this site.
Apparently this species cannot be controlled because its not been listed on the Regional Pest Strategy of the Auckland Council. Until it is listed (and to do that requires waiting for the annual review and presenting a case that it be listed) this incredibly weedy species cannot be controlled.
