On the cranial area this snake has a similar look to a blind snake morphology, the morph in this one it's not fully grown, i can't tell if it's an adult or not

Black colored on the dorsal with red stripe, but on the ventral, it has black and white colored from it's cranial to the end of its cloaca, also it has full red colored on the caudal area, usually the length is around 30 - 70cm, mostly spent their entire life on water and only comes up to lay their eggs
