Most plants in this vicinity have seed pods of varying maturity. A few plants still flowering, and even fewer new flower buds yet to open. Very hot, windy weather. Insects seen taking shelter on undersides of plants. Only one potential pollinator seen visiting flowers - a Megachilid bee (but no photos taken). My understanding the plants in this part of the reserve are reintroduced (planted as tube seedlings) - unsure if that means I should tick the 'cultivated' box?
