All this disturbed ground is now very dry, whereas in winter there were large puddles and reportedly a pond of some sort "over the back". Estuary and upper harbour behind the trees.

After walking from the bare clay in the first image across to the cemeterery in the last image, it took off and was seen flying high overhead, last seen disappearing behind some large pine trees some distance away.
