Description

The clusters of pale pink flowers on this small lanky tree remind me very much of Eve's-necklace (Sophora affinis) of Central Texas, but that species doesn't occur naturally in Mexico. I'm wondering if it is known to be cultivated and planted in parts of Mexico, as here near the entrance to the Bonampak Archeological Site.
