Singa hamata?
In this Region occur S. hamata and S. semiatra, but I've no informations (=pattern description, photos) about the latter.
Just on https://araneae.nmbe.ch/data/3896/Singa_semiatra you can see a dorsal habitus/pattern drawing, that doesn't match with this specimen.

Found outdoor, on a building wall.
Agricultural area.
