This beats all! Not quite a DOR or even a DOPL (death on parking lot)...
When I parked, I believe I would have noticed the two butchered frog carcasses. Returning to my truck,they were on the pavement about 3 feet from the driver's side door of my truck.
Disgusting human behavior: At least disposal on the Hwy 77 right-of-way or adjacent vacant lot would have been a more ecological method of disposal. (Shame on me... I could have done that but did not take the time or make the effort.)
I presume these bullfrogs were "harvested" for their hind legs. Introduced to fried frog legs earlier in my life, I did not care for them and they are never on the plate at my house or restaurant.
Ought to enter this observation as "Evidence of Homo sapiens".
