Several American Robins nest in the trees around my home. This egg was too large to be other birds, like the starlings. Egg description: Fell from the tree above, not pictured, so broken. Light, sky blue color on the eggshell. Very lightly, speckled with small brownish spots. Egg size was close to the size of a golf ball, oblong shaped.
