Not sure what this plant is. The closest I could come up with is skullcap (Scutellaria sp.), but I've never seen one that big (about 2-3 feet tall). Opposite flowers, opposite leaves with racemes in the axils, square stems, possibly tube-shaped flowers (based on the calyx shape).
