Growing on cliff rock being wet via freshwater seepage. The seaweed is not in sea water at anytime. Forms a tube resulting in two cells wide. Tubes tend to be wrinkled. Occasionally teeth on outer edges of tube walls. Cells rounded with many chloroplasts.
