Small (<1/4 acre), low (1-2 m high) glacially scoured bedrock knob. Dry and exposed. Partially vegetated, not much else growing there except a little Racomitrium lanuginosum. Stems 2-3 mm wide, leaves scarious margined and lacking a groove on the back.
