Description

A 3/4" to 1" wide flower with red to orange rays, forming compact clusters with 5-50 short-stalked heads.
Plant height; 4" to 24" tall.

Non-native: A vibrant weedy Invasive.

Likes a part shade, sunny habitat; dry fields, along roads.
Also known as Devil's Paintbrush.
