Spores 11µm-12µm very coarse meshed reticulate. Elaters 8.5µm, somewhat finely spiny, many free ends, no branching was noticed. Perideum, single, membranous. Very densly packed groupings, a couple centimeters wide. I thought Trichia affinis, but the book says the elaters aren’t this wide so I would default to Trichia favoginea, but the book says the elaters are smooth.
