Eng.: Miriquidica garovaglii (my first thought, it was identified in this way also by iNat), or Rhizocarpon cf. badioatrum??
At about 2440 m, on basic siliceous rocks (serpentinite or similar rocks). Near the ground (I mean, low rocks). Slope exposed to South (sun, wind...). In the second photo (second specimen) it seems growing on another lichen.

Ita.: da tempo mi chiedo se non ci sia Miriquidica garovaglii in queste aree. Oppure se si tratti di qualche Rhizocarpon (R. cf. badioatrum...).
A 2440 m., su roccia basica ricca di metalli e a quanto ne so, di silicati (serpentinite o simili: serpentinoscisti...).
Rocce di modeste dimensioni, dunque in posizione vicina al terreno, su pendio esposto a Sud, al sole ed al vento. Nella seconda foto, il secondo esemplare sembra cresca parassitando un altro lichene...
