Or is this M. decora? I chose M. powersi because what can be seen of the transverse median stripe in the first photo of this observation appears to reach the outer margins which it wouldn't on M. decora. I used Eric Chapman's description on BugGuide at https://BugGuide.net/node/view/1737192#291817 and compared the transverse median stripe to the photo on that page to try to determine the species. I am not familiar with this species, so please correct me if I am wrong.
