Biologists study life, that is they study organisms. To study organisms, one must learn to identify them. This is a skill that takes practice but it can also be lots of fun and highly educational. As part of the 2018 Introductory Biology I course, you will have a required local biodiversity project worth 50 pts. The project will be run as a bioblitz where you photograph and identify as least 25 different wild organisms during the project period (August 26 - November 3, 2018).
