FORCES Clark Reservation Flowering Plant Inventory

The goal of this project is to document the locations, basic identifying characteristics, and phenology of native flowering plant species within Clark Reservation over the course of the 2018 growing season. This project will help us to understand the diversity of native flowering plants and the timing of their development within the park. Of course, it will also help develop your plant ID skills!

At the end of the summer, I hope to use the data that we've compiled into a useful electronic field guide to the native flowering plants of Clark Reservation State Park. The guide will be available to the public via the iNaturalist app.

I aim to make this a fun activity to break up the monotony of invasive species management, so lets enjoy it! less ↑
