Collecting photographs of the Hibakujumoku (被爆樹木), a group of approximately 170 trees that survived the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.

Why? What is the purpose? My motives are a mystery, even to myself. However, I suspect there are two reasons.

1) raise awareness about conservation

2) I think it's funny to have a project dedicated to multiple observations of the same individual organism less ↑
