Introduction to this project

This project was created to accumulate data and observations of bird collisions with man-made structures in the Kalamazoo Michigan area. We hope that areas, structures, or windows that have frequent bird collisions can be identified, and hopefully remediated. If you find a dead or injured bird, please take a photo and in the notes section include the name of the building and specific location on the building, such as east face, window on first floor, below connecting bridge between building A and building B, etc.
