This project is to serve as a sort of placeholder for Leptoglossus species that have the straight markings on the back like in Leptoglossus phyllopus, but also have distinct spots on the pronotum.

You can see in this paper that L. phyllopus is described as occasionally having spots on the pronotum, but that they are diffused, without well-defined margins. This project is for those observations that have well-defined spots. It might just be some individual variation within L. phyllopus, but I wanted to keep them all in one place in case it turns out to be something more (hybridization, etc).
