McMaster University is looking to complete a natural inventory of its McMaster Forest property. This will include any and all species found growing wild or naturalized in the McMaster Forest area. A species can be logged as either living or dead.
This data will be used by McMaster in the management of the forest and by professors in departments across the university for potential research projects. The goal is to create a working species list that will also include the areas of the forest that certain species are found. A complete list of species found on the property will be made public and available through Nature at McMasters website (https://nature.mcmaster.ca/) once its is compiled. less ↑
