Geographic Range

This species is known from Kapakapa westward to Angabunga River area and Kone village in Central Province, Papua New Guinea (Zug 2004). It occurs from sea level to 600 m asl. (A. Allison pers. comm. 2014).

This terrestrial skink inhabits lowland and hill forest, plantations and disturbed areas such as gardens (Room 1974).
