This project is to document and publicize biodiversity in NE Park and adjacent public land and water.

Northeast park is located within the bend of the Bush Creek arm of Jordan Lake, and is adjacent to Army Corps of Engineers land that is managed by the NC Wildlife Resources Commission as Archery Zone game lands (pdf).

There are a few informal trails and a boundary line trail along the Corps of Engineers line..
