Changes to Project Rules

5/1/2018-Because the project list cannot be viewed from within the iNaturalist app, I have removed the requirement for observations to be on the project list and also removed the requirements for size and area of infestation to be completed for the observations. There is still a project list and it is still suggested for size and area of infestation to be filled out, but these are no longer required in order to simplify the project. This means that any non-native species is welcome to be added to the project, but the focus of the project is on the species in the project list.
