New species added

Five species have been added to the Oregon iMap projects:
Sudden oak death, Phytophthora ramorum
Curly waterweed, Lagarosiphon major
Feather caulerpa, Caulerpa taxifolia
Asian spongy moth, Lymantria dispar ssp. asiatica
Ldd moth, Lymantria dispar ssp. dispar
