Pakistan's biodiversity is vast and we are losing our animals very rapidly through extreme pollution, illegal trophy hunting and a general lack of consideration for animal species among other things.

While there are people around who are doing beautiful work in the fields of environmental and wildlife conservation - comparatively very little about Pakistan's animal kingdom is being studied - there aren't too many recent scientific papers and there are very few books pertaining to the specific wildlife of this country. It is imperative that knowledge about the animal world in this region be spread across the globe. less ↑
