July 18th: Big Tree Blitz

Greetings Pender Island Big Tree enthusiasts!

In a few weeks we will be hosting our second big tree blitz in celebration of loosening COVID restrictions! We will meet at Hope Bay at 10AM for some instruction and tool sharing, then several teams will head out onto the trails across North Pender to look for big trees. We will return to Hope Bay between 12:30PM and 1PM to debrief and discuss our findings, and one lucky winner will receive a prize pack of local products from around Pender Island.
