I have found a public table similar to this, but in it the author insisted on just recording verified species. So I always wonder when I can take a look at other taxa such as fungi in PKU🤣 That might not be so difficult since I remember some species were described firstly in PKU in early 20th century, producing articles...
By the way, what if the owner(s) of this project make(s) a KML file to create a place, in order to let INAT automatically count observations within PKU boundary? Although I have no idea how it is for they to get some observation included in this project, I assume that would be tiring...

We are now trying to make a checklist of macrofungi in our campus!
物种名录整理差不多就是在抽彩——这一届会员里有擅长特定类群的人，那这几年这个类群就会处理得比较好，幸好我们终于等来了能鉴定真菌的同学。
对于小范围的项目有一个很大的问题，一些人是手动添加坐标，一些是用设备自带的位置，最后会导致错位（原因不必多言），所以我没有用自动收集。传统项目是可以批量添加的，所以也不算特别麻烦。
When I once decided to create a checklist I was not good at plenty of taxa (and now I'm not either) but other naturalists on INAT helped a lot. Consequently, I consider it is also useful to firstly upload observations + read articles, although that depends on everyone's time. And have those "student experts of some taxa" written something for you all to learn before their graduations? I haven't tried but I will if others tell me to do so.
Manual counting is certainly a better choice for a small region, but a permanent effort will be paid for webmasters in their busy lives. Well I admit I couldn't realize all the functions in the traditional project, especially for adding a batch 😂

It is true that we can always learn to identify unfamiliar taxa, but I think it is time and energy that matter... To be honest, we make this checklist (and do all these things - observing, identifying, recording) out of interest and I don't want it to become a duty or a burden. But I agree that iNat can be of great help and we should make better use of it. To write some identification guides by ourselves is also a great idea and I'll take it into consideration. Thanks!
Perhaps I have expected too much and I don't mean any extra burden for you all 😶 But I really used to and will also keep paying attention to this wonderful progressing checklist. Come on!
