This project is designed to collect observations of trees that may be infected with the Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer, an invasive ambrosia beetle affecting a variety of tree species in Southern California, including native oaks and sycamores, and popular landscape trees like box elder and English oak, and agricultural species including avocado.
