With just a fly rod, GPS, and a camera, you can make a valuable contribution to science. Trout Unlimited is launching the TroutBlitz Project to document the diversity and distribution of salmonids in North America through photography (Check out the guide!) Specifically, TroutBlitz aims to:
1.) Document the incredible biodiversity of North America's salmonids for present and future generations to appreciate and enjoy
2.) Create a spatial database of native and non-native trout presence/absence to aid in scientific studies of biogeography
