New DQA for multispecies observations

The problem for which this project was created have been solved by staff's having added a new feature! More info: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/easy-way-to-mark-multiple-species-observations/278/174

After discussion, staff indicated it should not be used for "landscape" observations having no clear single subject. Thus, a number of these obs are still in the project. They can still be handled with 2 IDs and a "good as can be" DQA. Feel free to add more lanscape-type shots as you like.
