In the early 1970s I was a member of the Junior Natural History Society in Saskatchewan under the guidance of Dr. C. Stuart Houston. We helped to build and maintain the world's longest continuous trail of bluebird nesting boxes. I have retained an interest in the diversity of the natural world and I enjoy documenting it, particularly now as it is seriously under threat.
