Pink inflorescence, dicot, growing out of the water
Is this native? Definitely looks planted here
Spotted Cucumber Beetle on Goldenrod...he has a neighbor...cropped out of the first pic but you can see him in the 2nd pic.
We saw a large population of these plants on a south facing slope with only a few flowers present.
I found these growing in my vegetable garden; more specifically, next to my squash plants.
Some insects visiting the flowers of Sticky Monkey Flower (Mimulus aurantiacus) in Northern california. I'm not sure exactly what they all are
