Found at Siebenthaler Fen. The aleiodes stigmator wasps parasitized this caterpillar, and left through the exit holes. Thanks to the folks at Bugguide for helping with the ID!
No idea. About four inches off ground in fairly mature mixed woods. Seems to be attached to small leaf.
