Specimen collected from Johnson’s Creek by Cleveland Metroparks staff as part of educational outing with Brecksville - Broadview Heights City School District. Fishes were collected via electrofishing and were released at the end of the class discussion.

Description

FOUND THIS MINK IN MY DRIVEWAY THIS MORNING. iT WOULD APPEAR TO ME , DUE TO THE NECK WOUND, THAT IT WAS KILLED BY ANOTHER MINK. I OCCASIONALY SEE A MINK TRAVELING ALONG THE TUSCARAWAS RIVER, WHICH RUNS THROUGH MY YARD. THEY TEND TO STICK THEIR HEADS INTO EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY THEY CAN FIND.. I HATE TO SEE ONE KILLED LIKE THIS.
