I am a hopeless wonderer, usually out on the trail somewhere. By training I am a Mechanical Engineer and Computer Scientist and still have a "day job" as a scientist though the outdoors have been a part of my entire life. Birds, tree, wildflowers, and some moths and butterflies are my specialties but I am always open to learn as much as I can. I have recently completed the OCVN Course and hope to continue to push my knowledge in multiple environmental preservation and conservation areas.
