Propellerbugs on grass

Body length about 3 - 3.5mm
Numerous individuals and pairs on the underside of Setaria megaphylla leaves in shaded forest understory. They jump when disturbed but I failed to encourage any of them to demonstrate that they can actually fly.
Antenna made up of a long, stout scape (basal segment) followed by a slightly shorter pedicel which terminates in a long bristle or flagellum. Long, thumb-like spur at end of hind tibia.
