Larval hostplants are many and varied, including multiple genera of Sapindaceae (Urvillea, Serjania, and Cardiospermum); also Turk's Cap (Malvaviscus drummondii, Malvaceae), and unripe seeds of Mesquite (Neltuma spp., Fabaceae) and foliage of assorted trees including Hackberry (Celtis, Ulmaceae), Ash (Fraxinus, Oleaceae), and Brasil (Condalia hookeri, Rhamnaceae).
