I read Aedes communis pollinates northern Platanthera (blunt-leaf), and long-tongued bees pollinate Spiranthes. Not sure what role, if any, this mosquito is playing with this Spiranthes’ (cernua, fragrant!!) reproduction, but was fun to find. (GPS off, but in PA)
