The 5 first pictures were not taken in situ, I collected this and another specimen today thinking they were A. hirsutus and Only now noticed the triangular telson. I'm IDing them as C. breuili just because it's the only species recorded in Málaga as far as I know. Last picture is in situ.
I am putting this in as Siberian but would like feedback as I know it is unlikely. Wide neckband was immediately evident without binoculars. 2nd photo in tree does not show so much of a neckband but first photo is more typical of how it looked in person. This just did not look right for European Stonechat, it caught my eye right away I got a few photos then it took off, but it was not in the surrounding areas with all the other stonechats, instead it was under the olives in the grass which also seemed odd, though probably not significant, I just bird here a lot and don't usually see stonechats in this area.
