WRC with dead top at intersection of 124th and 320th on Lea Hill in Auburn. Minor amounts of pitching out, possible cultural tree with bark missing and marks where it looks like it was hit with some sort of blade. Blue fungus at base on north and south side. The underside of the needles at the base looks good.

Had a hard time in the light seeing the butterfly stoma, but in the lower left corner of my first photo seems to show some. It was also hard to tell top from bottom as the needles drop straight down. Hard to focus and shoot one handed, holding needles with the other.

Dieback could be age or wind? Other younger ones had dead tops (will submit one next) But most were doing well here. Wasn’t able to get good pictures with family wanting to go places / rain
Note besides these two large cedars there is a Hemlock? on the front left adding allot of green, had to go to other side to find a lower cedar branch.

This was in an area with many cedars. They looked mostly healthy—now that I know some browning needles are normal.

The tree is very wide at the base, and covered with ivy for the first 10 feet. The ivy continues up the trunk for about 30 feet. The tree is planted between two properties, so I'm not sure if it is cultivated or not.
