New orchid species for Cape Flora?

Apologies for the poor photos - only had a cellphone on hand and it refused to focus. I'll try and track this down again to get decent photos, but would like some opinions in the meantime. A tiny orchid, about 10 cm tall. Flower is solitary with an erect hood-like spur and elliptic lateral sepals with dark pink markings. Peduncle is glabrous and maroonish in colour. Leaves are basal, opposite and dark green with silvery venation. Growing in moist sand in mature (becoming moribund) grassy fynbos. Currently known from grasslands along the east coast, this plant is about 220 km south-east from the nearest collection at King William's Town. Only saw two plants here, but likely more in the area. No immediate threats observed. Listed as Declining.
