Common Tuberous Grasspink (Calopogon tuberosus var. tuberosus)

Description

Note the stigma somewhat tucked under the anther or otherwise approximately perpendicular to the column surface. Only C. tuberosus has this feature, whereas all other Calopogon species have the stigma flat on the surface of the column.

This plant was part of my Calopogon research.
