Looks like POWO finished their cleanup, so I think we can commit this now. Anything I'm missing @stevejones?
Nope, not missing anything, I just sorta fergot to follow through. I'll commit to clear things up for San Diego and the rest of the world.
Welp, I should have read through the comments here again before committing. That was sloppy work on my part. I could have redone the thing, changing H. cretica to H. rhagadioloides leaving the subspecies for later clarification. I hate it when that happens.
I left a comment on the merge Steve -- I think we are OK unless and until someone wants to propose a deviation.
Hedypnois cretica is now accepted in POWO.

Looks like POWO has some cleanup to do with this one before we know which is the synonym and which is the accepted name. All their synonymy is currently under the autonym for rhagadioloides, but no other rhagadioloides infraspecifics are recognized by POWO.
