There doesn't seem to be too much info about this species out there. http://academic.evergreen.edu/projects/ants/tescbiota/mollusc/key/str_pug/str_pug.htm is useful, though as the comment there says, it looks like a very small Haplotrema.

Pilsbry's info is relatively sparse for this species and doesn't list any Central California localities. It can be found at http://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=uc1.31822000620252;view=1up;seq=508
