Tiny flowers for Astragalus that I know. Small plant, sprawling growth (though very wet day). Wings relatively short and rounded, banner large and erect. Flower stems branched and bearing leaves, all with moderately long silky hairs. Raceme congested. Unusually rocky soil for this species.

Description

Sandy soil.

Flowers small for Astragalus that I know. Leaf shape and density about average ditto.

Leaves and calyx with long dense hairs, flower stem and leaf rachis less so. Calyx with very long narrow lobes. Flower wings relatively short for Astragalus.

Raceme densely flowered, pedicels short with narrow hairy bracts at base.
