This protist was a sample from a stagnant water in a pond. Two eye spots are very noticeable, with a mouth and possible a digestive system.

Found in a open woody area that was covered with sticks and leaves.

Landed on a bench and had its wings up for most of the time while it was still.

Found this beautiful multi colored lichen fungi that I assumed was crustose and wanted to see if I was right.

While I watched it for a minute or so there was no movement. Magnification was set at 400x
