This was slightly larger than many of the anoles we saw, and it has a serrated tail.
Found during a survey of VINP in association with Northern Michigan University from February 27 through March 5, 2016.
This large tree was found in the forest in Virgin Islands National Park, about 1/4 mile from the beach. The tree was buttress-rooted and had broad, conical spines or thorns on the trunk.
