We found this small silver/gray snake being eaten by ants in our yard. We collected the bones. Any thoughts on what it might have been?
Small isopod found in freshly watered dirt. More than 6 legs, and an armored armadillo like body. Light brown color with two antennae.

Gray dove with a white lining at the end of its wings. And reddish feet.
This guy walked up to us and chatted a bit and headed over to the big koi pond.
Collided with window. Stunned for a few minutes and flew away shortly after.
Missing most of lower mandible. Can grab and hold with stub. Has overwintered - last seen June 2022. Possibly paired: another one arrived and they were talkative then both left S above roof flying closely (coincidentally there's tram cables on the way).
NOTE: There's several pictures where peak is open, but that's not typical way it moved, I just selected more such pictures where injury is visible.
