Being captured and carried away by an American Kestrel-a likely candidate-distance photos so difficult to confirm
Nesting in the third base infield stadium lights. The probable female apparently stayed on the nest for the duration while I was in the park. The probable male perched on a nearby tree and called, then moved to a different stadium light pole, then chased some vultures and returned to the original tree.
Looking out the airport window
The larger size of the Great Cormorants on the top level of the lighthouse is evident when compared to the smaller Double-crested Cormorants on the lower level.
